I am relocating back to Richmond, VA seeking large bedroom in a quiet, safe house/apt., roommate, neighborhood, lots of closet space and own private bath. I would like to be all in at $400 or less (but some wiggle room). I work full time and go to school part-time and am a singer/songwriter, so it's important that I be able to sing and work on music in - which would be in early to mid evenings and during the day on weekends. Think Classical/broadway/folk/gospell; not loud and accoustic. I'm a non-smoker, occasional drinker (mostly wine) and I'm not a late night owl generally, but plan also on getting a part-time job as well - so actual time at home will be minimal. I am looking for a situation that would also share the kitchen and living room space.
