The RN Nurse is responsible for delivering nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. This RN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants. Job Requirements
Valid license as a Registered Nurse/ RN within state of employment
Must have current CPR certification
Previous skilled nursing, hospice, medical, surgical or critical care management experience
Computer proficiency
Strong interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: experience with providing pain management and IV skills
Minimum 2 years experience in Skilled Nursing
