PHYSICAL THERAPIST Department: Outpatient Physical Therapy Department Schedule: Full-time Shift: Job Code: PAHxxxx0R Job Details: This position will be located in the Outpatient Physcial Therapy Department on Jefferson Street in Roanoke, Virginia Supports Carilion s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities.Confirms and interprets physician referrals, performs patient assessments and plans and implements individualized treatment programs taking into account the patient s developmental and/or chronological age and medical diagnoses in accordance with the regulations governing the principles and practice of Physical Therapy. Minimum Qualifications Required: Education:Graduate of approved school of Physical Therapy.Bachelor''s degree as Physical Therapist and 5 years of experience, or Master''s or Doctorate degree required. Experience:Experience in site specific level of care preferred but not required. For Home Health positions one year of clinical experience required. Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations:Licensed to practice in theCommonwealthofVirginiaby the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
